What is Scalez?+
Scalez builds simple software apps and practical playbooks that help small businesses grow faster, monetize better, and run more efficiently. We start with Shopify apps and are built for owners who do not code.
Do I need technical skills to use your apps?+
No. Our apps are built for business owners, not developers. You install the app from the Shopify App Store and use it from your Shopify admin.
How much does Scale-Z Barcode Importer cost?+
The Starter plan is $5 per month and includes 100 scans. The Pro plan is $19.99 per month and includes 2,000 scans. Both plans include a 3-day free trial.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. You can cancel or uninstall before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
How does billing work?+
Plans are billed monthly through Shopify, so charges appear on your Shopify invoice. You can change or cancel your plan at any time.
Is my store data safe?+
We only request the Shopify permissions an app needs, encrypt data in transit, and delete a store's data after you uninstall. See our Privacy Policy for details.
